Thank You for Exhibiting at the 2023 IFDA Solutions Conference!
The IFDA Solutions Conference, taking place September 11 - 13 in Fort Worth, TX, is where food distributors find actionable solutions and strategic insights.
Registration covers all educational sessions, the expo and meal functions. Hotel, airfare, ground transportation and other meal arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.
Exhibitor Booth Personnel Registration:
Please note that exhibitors receive two complimentary booth personnel passes for each 10 x 10 booth. The discount is applied using your promotion code in the checkout process. Once your passes are used, each additional booth personnel registration is $595. If you have any questions about your promotion codes please email expo@ifdaonline.org
Please Note:
If you are unable to attend the event you can transfer your registration to another employee from you company. If you need to make a substitution, send the name of the person no longer attending and the name, title and email of the new person attending to events@ifdaonline.org.
Registrations that must be cancelled will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase. All refund request must be submitted in writing to msom@ifdaonline.org no later than August 18, 2023 to receive a refund. A $100.00 processing fee (per person) is applied to all refunds.

Exhibitor Guest Program:
Be sure to take advantage of the Exhibitor Guest Program to invite customers to explore the show floor. Look for information coming in June.
Appearance Release:
Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken onsite by or on behalf of IFDA during the event. By registering for this event, attendees authorize IFDA to use your name and any such images, photographs, audio recordings and videos taken onsite in any in any media without compensation.
Attendance Policy:
The 2023 Solutions Conference is a private event. Only employees or bona-fide representatives of food distribution companies, food manufacturing companies, exhibitors and pre-approved guests are eligible to attend. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to any registrant. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the exhibit hall.
Facility Tour
Additional Fee: $99 (Open to IFDA Allied Members only)
Tour the Ben E. Keith DFW Division, a large, innovative facility. Open to IFDA Distributor Members only, on a first come basis, 40 seats left - there will be a wait list.

3. Answer survey questions and save responses
4. Click Proceed to Checkout
5. Click Submit Order to complete your registration
