2021 IFDA Truck Driving Championship

We are excited to announce that we are back to an in-person event at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando! This event gives drivers the platform to showcase their safety skills and compete among friends and family. This is an exciting event for drivers and their families, as well as for company management. This is also a "kid friendly" event! Children of all ages are welcome to attend the competition and the gala awards dinner.

Driver Submission Deadline - September 22nd - Register Now!

REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

Judges: Judges attend at no charge. All judges must review and accept the Judge’s Code of Ethics.
Drivers: In addition to the required questions and answers, a driver registration requires acceptance of the Driver Eligibility form, acknowledged by a company official and the upload of both the driver's current DMV Report and a copy of the driver's CDL. Registration fees for drivers are $475.00 for members, $645.00 for non-members.
General Registration: Fees are $475.00 for members, $645.00 for non-members.
Spouse/Guest Registration: Use the 'Add a Guest' feature to register your guests and children. Fees are $345.00 for members and non-members.
Child Registration: Children age 10 and under are complimentary, the fee for children 11-17 is $75.00. Anyone 18 or older should register as General Registration.
Banquet Only: Saturday night Banquet registration fee is $295.00

Please note: If you are unable to attend the event you can transfer your registration to another employee in your company. Registrations that must be cancelled will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase. All refunds requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than September 17th to receive a refund. A $50 processing fee (per person) is applied to all refunds.

TDC Code of Conduct - Covid-19
You are required to review and agree to IFDA's TDC Code of Conduct as part of your registration. Please click here to review the code of conduct before completing your registration.

Appearance Release
Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken onsite by or on behalf of IFDA during the event. By registering for this event, attendees authorize IFDA to use your name and any such images, photographs, audio recordings and videos taken onsite in any media without compensation.

Registration Process

1. Sign into your IFDA account to begin the registration process
2. Click 'Register Myself' to register and selection your registration option
3. Click 'Register Someone Else' button to register colleagues
4. Click 'Add a Guest' to add a spouse/guests and children registrations
5. Answer survey questions and click 'Save Responses'
6. Drivers must complete the Driver Eligibility section and upload their CDL and MVR
7. Click Proceed to Checkout
8. Click Submit Order to complete your registration

Description
Driver Eligibility (For Drivers Only) This is to verify that the driver named above meets the following eligibility requirements: At least one year of continuous full-time employment as a driver with a food distribution company (i.e., foodservice, foodservice manufacturer with private fleet, retail/wholesale grocery), and is currently a full-time driver (not a supervisor). A driver record that meets the following: A competing driver must have an “accident free” driving record for one year prior to October 13, 2021. An accident free driving record means the driver is not involved in any accidents where they are at fault and has not incurred any alcohol or drug-related chargeable violations. The driver holds a valid license for the type of truck to be driven during the IFDA competition. The driver has continuously distinguished himself/herself by embracing a culture of safety and seeking to improve as a professional. Judge Code of Ethics As a Judge or Official in the IFDA Truck Driving Championship, I understand and will comply with the following Code of Ethics: I shall not divulge or share any proprietary information relating to the written examination, field course event, or pre-trip event with any driver, member of management, or any other associated party to a contestant participating in the Truck Driving Championship; I shall not "coach" any drivers regarding ways to attain higher scores before or during the conduct of IFDA Truck Driving Championship events; I shall judge all contestants consistently and impartially; Failure to comply with any of the above requirements on my part could result in the disqualification of the driver(s) involved. Add Additional Registrants/Guests: Return to the top of the page to register others.

Driver registrants: To complete the driver's eligibility continue onto the "Driver Eligibility" section to upload the required documents.

Done? If your registration group doesn't have drivers and you don't need to add any additional registrants, click "Proceed to Checkout" below to checkout and complete your registration.

Complete Driver Eligibility & Document Upload

IFDA requires the submission of two documents to complete a driver's eligibility for the competition:

Driver's DMV Report
Driver's CDL

If you have some or all of your driver's document(s), then search and click the driver's name to upload those documents. This will take you to their TDC Driver Details page and you will need to do this for each of the drivers that you register. If you don't have all the driver's documents at this time, you can return later to complete them but they must be uploaded and submitted prior to September 15th to complete their eligibility for competition.

After uploading your driver's documents, clicking on the TDC truck will back to the TDC registration site and you can add additional drivers, registrants or guests. Once you have all of your driver documents uploaded, you can proceed to checkout to complete your registration(s).
