Jim Weaver is a Customer Engagement Specialist at Innovia Consulting focused on food industry customers. Drawing on his more than 40 years of experience in foodservice, sales, distribution, and operations, he helps food manufacturers and distributors get the most out of their Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV ERP systems. Before joining Innovia, Jim served as a Sales Representative at two independent food distributors and as a National Account Executive for two major foodservice distributors, working as a liaison between the company and various concepts managing their contracts with high-level executives.



Scott Borsodi is part of the Innovia Consulting Customer Engagement team, where he focuses on food manufacturing and food distribution customers. Scott has worked with Business Central/NAV for over eight years and has over 35 years of experience working for National Food Distribution organizations in sales and operations. Before joining Innovia, Scott worked in supply chain cargo security for nine years. Scott resides in South Bend, IN, and enjoys spending time at the gym and riding his motorcycle.


                                   Scott Warner is a Customer Engagement Specialist with Innovia Consulting, where he focuses on helping food distribution and manufacturing businesses implement and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV systems. Before coming to Innovia, Scott worked for more than six years in the grocery store sector and has experience in manufacturing. In his current role, he leverages this background to help customers understand how their ERP systems affect day-to-day operations so they can make the right calls.
